The Thirteen Realms is a special spacial graphic region of the omniverse. It was and still remains the sole region ever created under the Vela Organization and other otherworldly states. For the following worlds to be part of this great union, they must follow the base criteria:
- Must be within the technological range of a Type II or III Civilization
- Possess travel technology going above intergalactic level or capable of regulating inter-dimensional travel
- A minimal base understanding and use of mystical sources (optional)
- Open and communicable peoples and government
These are defined by Interrealm and the Sexton NG treaty as the minimum requirements for any world to interact to civilizations in parallel universes. The worlds and regions below display such ideals. These are the thirteen universes that claim within this region:
Prime Observable
The Prime Observable (with Prime Earth) is the main location for all the worlds and nations within that world. Also known as the POU or Prime Observable Universe. A name derived from the real world Observable Universe. A representation of everything modern space technology can reach. The term was dubbed by officials from the Vela Organization during its early times when the GSA Gemini explorations began mapping out the first twelve universe with our world being Prime as the staring point.

What is mostly known about this universe that its mostly populated by various Type III Civilizations such as the Co-Allied Worlds and Galaxies, The Leonus Dominion and the Aphkian Imperium among many others.
